RAW VEGAN ”STIR FRY” WITH PARSNIP ”RICE”!
this is so healthy, tastes wonderful and i’m bubbling with energy! 
you need -
half a large parsnip or one small parsnip
black sesame seeds
green cabbage
nama shoyu
sesame oil
whatever raw veggies and nuts you like/have in the house. today i used yellow pepper, green pepper, mushrooms, courgette, and i like to use almonds or cashews.
process the parsnip until it has a rice like consistency. stir in sesame seeds and a little sesame oil. shred cabbage, chop veggies however you like them. place half of the ”rice” mixture at the bottom of the bowl, then half the veggies over it. then layer the rest of the rice and veggies on top. dress with nama shoyu and sesame oil. so good! xxx
