We watched some episodes of sailor moon and i went to go pee, found her in my bag
She’s been in it for hours
Its sad how when we see an animals ribs, hip bones, and collarbones, we think its sad and abusive. But when we see them on women, its a form of beauty.
hello little bird! long walks, with hills included, is my favorite thing for strengthening and lifting the rumpus!!! here are some quick yoga routines you can practice a few times a week, that will tone and lift your booty :) i used to practice them occasionally and they both (the latter especially) added muscle to the rumpus.
and here is a list of poses that help strengthen/stretch/tone the butt.
staying in kundalini yoga chair pose or a yogic squat for a couple of minutes a day with either breath of fire or long, deep breaths will really strengthen the derriere!!
good luck sweet one! blessings x x x x
in my opinion sister there is nothing that works better for de-puffing than ice cubes! i wrap them in a cotton cloth and press them under my eyes for about 2 minutes per eye on days when my face has puffed up! slices of potato help to lessen the darkness, and if the ice cube idea does not appeal to you, home made chilled cucumber and aloe vera masks work so beautifully :). keep a cucumber and aloe vera gel in the fridge. when chilled, blend a chunk of cucumber and then add a tablespoon of aloe vera. leave on for 10-20 minutes. it really brightens your face :). make sure you keep your eye area moisturized, i don’t like spending money on expensive creams so i use my lip balm which is made of olive oil, castor oil, rosehip oil, vitamin e oil and a little whipped organic shea butter. when i remember to put this around my eyes at night i wake up looking so fresh faced! also, spending 10 or so minutes outside really helps to brighten your face hehe <3 good luck my darling! x x x x x
thank you pigeon! i no longer use a lipstick sweet one, i add a couple of drops of cinnamon oil to my lip balm and this plumps up/adds redness to my lips <3 but i used to wear a couple of these beautiful, natural, nourishing lipsticks!
cherry blossom pink is my favorite <3 x x x x
hello sweetness :) at the moment i am using neal’s yard nurturing rose shampoo and conditioner, which my hair really seems to love. there are a few unnatural ingredients, but i had been using entirely natural shampoo bars and conditioners that were starting to leave a sort of oily residue. that said, i did once use this shampoo bar and my hair responded extremely well to it!
there are plenty of natural shampoo bars and conditioners on etsy to choose from, all home-made and many vegan. because it is not very long and my hair type is a little wild, i rub olive oil into the mid-lengths and ends of my hair and comb out all the knots before i wash it. after i wash it, i use a little argan oil with a couple of drops of sandalwood and run it through my hair. i comb it, and leave it for a 3-7 days before washing it again :). when i want to increase my curls i spray in a little ocean water, or water with a couple of teaspoons of sea salt and “crunch” my hair with my hands. good luck baby bird! <3 <3
